The Av-Room: Allen Drinkwater’s Victory Tour

We chose Allen Drinkwater author of “Victory” as our first interview and he was a natural fit with the AVRoom’s brand of podcast.Intelligent and knowledgeable he tells us in no uncertain terms the reasons for writing his novella.  Herbie and I have found a kinder spirit in this young man from Boston and will be speaking to him again in the future.

The Av-Room: Steve Gerber

Better late than never, The AV-Room pays tribute to one of the legends of Comics and Animation writing: Steve Gerber, creator of Howard the Duck, writer of Omega the Unknown, Man-Thing and numerous Saturday Morning cartoons in the 1980’s and 1990’s, like GI Joe. He passed on February 10, 2008, from complications of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. He was waiting for a transplant, he shall be missed.
